Welcome to ArtIslam
Assalaamu Alaikum
ArtIslam hopes to present beautifully hand designed and hand
painted individual pieces of artwork in varying mediums - glass,
ceramics, canvas and a selection of other mediums. Our work is
based on Islamic design and calligraphy, with a more
contemporary approach while not trying to assume the class of
the Masters of Islamic Calligraphy, whose skills are earned over
years of experience.
Art is an expression of individuality and within the Islamic
context it attempts to express the relationship between the
created and the Creator, using finite media to explain infinity.
Most of our pieces are commissioned and we welcome
calligraphers/artists to approach us if they wish to work
with us.
ArtIslam hopes to serve charitable causes through their work and
each piece purchased will help contribute to a good cause.
We are in the process of compiling a brochure as most of our
